Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026 · Effective immediately for all registered users of FinApp.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FinApp (finapp.ai) and services provided by Pulse Labs Research and Technology Solutions Private Limited ("Pulse Labs", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software.
2. Technology Infrastructure Layer — Not Advisory or Intermediary
FinApp is exclusively a technology software provider. Neither FinApp nor Pulse Labs is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor or a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. All investment suitability evaluations, recommendations, and client interactions remain the sole legal responsibility of the registered MFD or RIA using the platform.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Pricing & Modules: Services are offered under flexible, book-size and modular subscriptions (including Advisory Growth, Research OS, Client Coverage, and Risk & Suitability) configured via our Practice Value Calculator. All stated fees are exclusive of applicable GST.
- Billing Frequency: Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at the discounted rate.
- Cancellation & Renewal: Subscriptions may be cancelled prior to the upcoming renewal date. Annual subscriptions remain active through the duration of the paid period.
4. Acceptable Use & Account Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate ARN / RIA registration credentials during onboarding.
- Ensure you have lawful client authorization before uploading client CAS or portfolio statements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your platform credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Pulse Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from portfolio fluctuations, market volatility, or advisor-client investment decisions.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
