• Advisor & Business Information: Name, professional email address, mobile number, ARN (AMFI Registration Number) or RIA registration details, AUM band, operational city, and primary transaction platform.
• Portfolio & CAS Ingestion: Consolidated Account Statements (CAS) uploaded by or on behalf of registered financial advisors solely for generating portfolio review reports and suitability checks.
• Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, usage timestamps, and interaction logs required for security audit trails.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, we process your information exclusively for legitimate purposes:

• To provide, calibrate, and deliver FinApp's advisory intelligence and portfolio analytics.
• To schedule and conduct personalized product walkthroughs and demo reviews.
• To maintain immutable, timestamped compliance audit logs for registered MFDs and RIAs.
